Will is the Queensland state finalist at the 2021 Agricultural Shows Australia National Young Judges finals held at the Royal Queensland Show. Agricultural Shows of Australia sat down 22-year-old from Muckadilla, a small country town where his parents have a Merino stud.
We exhibit our merino rams and ewes at lots of shows. I started competing at a young age at the state sheep shows. My parents and friends from other studs have been a huge support.
Bendigo Sheep Show is my favourite because it brings all states together and you really get to see the range of merino a that Australia’s got to offer.
My personal show highlight would have to be winning both merino fleece and merino sheep junior judging.
Today I have a contracting business but I would like to own my own property in the future.
