We sell a range of types including the Vienna, Cheese Kranski, Beef Bratwurst, Curry Bratwurst, Garlic Bratwurst, Lamb Bratwurst and Bavarian Meat Loaf. All bratwursts are served in a bun with sauerkraut, onions, mustard and any combination of sauces (our curry sauce is from Germany). The bratwursts are cooked in a huge 74kg cast iron pan imported from Germany and patrons can watch as we cook so they know what they're eating.
