Work is well underway on the Agricultural Shows Australia Strategic Plan 2025–2027, shaped by member feedback from our recent strategic workshop both in person at Sydney Royal & through interactive online workshops. Key themes include a stronger national advocacy voice, sustainable resourcing, enhanced member communications, and support tools for volunteer-led shows.

Four strategic priorities will drive this plan:

  1. Advocacy & Communication – One united voice for ag shows across Australia
  2. Membership Value & Engagement – Tools, resources, training, and recognition
  3. Sustainable Organisational Model – Innovative funding, strategic partnerships
  4. National Programs & Competitions – Celebrating youth, community, and innovation
